99obd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99obd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 99obd website located at https://99obd.io and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional offerings.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 99obd platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you consent to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

99obd reserves the right to update or replace this Agreement at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of 99obd after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 99obd platform, through which that Player accesses all betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the 99obd platform. The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout this Agreement to denote BDT amounts.
• "Platform" means the 99obd website, mobile-optimised site, software, and all related services accessible at https://99obd.io.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is illegal or requires a specific licence not held by 99obd.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identity documents and supporting proof of payment method ownership required by 99obd to verify a Player's identity and age in compliance with its Know Your Customer obligations.

Access to the 99obd platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 99obd enforces a strict minimum age policy. 21+ Only players aged 21 and above are permitted to register, deposit, or place bets.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 99obd platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform by 99obd or by your own self-exclusion request.
• You are acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity and are not subject to any professional sports integrity obligations that would prohibit your participation in sports betting.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Provision of false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each Player is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. 99obd strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform and enable two-factor authentication where offered. You must notify 99obd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Only one account is permitted per Player. "Per Player" means per individual person and also per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. 99obd uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Any bonus funds held across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated through the use of Bonus Funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 99obd's sole discretion.
• Real-money deposits made across duplicate accounts will be reviewed individually; legitimate deposits may be returned to the verified payment method used.

Players are prohibited from selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning their account or any balance within it to any other person. Account balances have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged or traded.

99obd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards may also be supported subject to availability.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Maximum Deposit: Per-transaction and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Limits are displayed within the account deposit interface.
• Processing Time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the account balance within 5 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and held in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.
• Deposit Fees: 99obd does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Players should verify whether their mobile wallet or bank applies a transaction fee independently of 99obd.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit is found to have originated from a payment account not belonging to the registered Player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from a 99obd account are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on file. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Per-transaction and daily withdrawal limits are determined by the Player's account verification tier and are displayed in the withdrawal interface.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Identity Verification: All Players must complete identity verification (submission of government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method) before any withdrawal is released. This is a one-time requirement per account.
• Wagering Requirement Clearance: Withdrawals will only be processed against the real-money portion of a Player's balance. Funds subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met in full.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: For anti-money laundering compliance, 99obd may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of the original deposit.

99obd reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of this Agreement. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold pending compliance review.

99obd offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is governed by its specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless specific terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are stated per offer and may include minimum deposit amounts, first-deposit-only restrictions, game-specific restrictions, and time limits.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are 30x the bonus amount on eligible games, unless the specific offer states a different multiplier.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the games or bet types specified in the individual offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute towards the wagering requirement.
• Maximum bet size while a wagering requirement is active is ৳2,000 per spin or bet. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one active bonus may be held at a time.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated at the time of the offer, typically 7 or 30 days. Unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will expire at the end of this period.
• 99obd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify bonus terms with reasonable notice, and to void a bonus in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, or breach of this Agreement.

All sports bets, casino game rounds, and crash game sessions placed through 99obd are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by the game-specific rules published within each product section of the platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from the 99obd system. Bets not confirmed by the system for any reason — including connectivity issues — are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds: Quoted odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are locked for that bet unless the event is subsequently voided.
• Void Events: Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without the required minimum play having occurred, affected bets will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance.
• Palpable Errors: 99obd reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human input error. "Palpable error" means odds that deviate materially from the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
• Casino RNG: All casino games on 99obd use certified random number generators provided by licensed game studios. Published RTP values represent long-run theoretical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-event payout cap applies across all sports and casino products. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding the payout cap will be settled at the cap amount.
• Crash Games: Crash game outcomes (including Aviator by Spribe) use provably fair algorithms. Players may verify the fairness of any completed round using the verification tools provided within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99obd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to generate winnings. Any winnings resulting from a known or discovered software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds through the platform with no genuine intention to gamble, for the purpose of withdrawing to a different payment method.
• Attempting to circumvent identity verification, geolocation restrictions, or self-exclusion measures using VPNs, proxy servers, or false identity documents.
• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person.
• Making threats, engaging in abusive, offensive, or harassing communication directed at 99obd staff or other Players.
• Sharing inside information or engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that constitutes a sports integrity violation.

All content on the 99obd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 99obd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of 99obd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its underlying software for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 99obd.

The 99obd name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 99obd. Third-party trademarks referenced on the platform (including game studio names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the platform under licence.

99obd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, identity verification, and platform use is used to operate your account, process financial transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and deliver customer support. 99obd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 99obd, subject to legal retention obligations. Data requests should be submitted to the support team via your account dashboard. 99obd will respond to data requests within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99obd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical fault, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.

99obd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact the support team via their account dashboard. Upon voluntary closure by a Player, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

99obd may suspend or permanently close an account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of time.
• Discovery that the Player is, or has become, ineligible to hold an account (including discovery of underage registration).
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed for cause, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, verified balances will be returned. If wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

99obd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, financial terms, or permitted conduct — 99obd will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via a platform notification and, where a current email address is held, by email to the registered address.

Minor amendments, including clarifications, typographical corrections, and structural reorganisation that do not alter the substance of any clause, may be made without prior notice and take effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version was published.

If you do not agree to a material amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 99obd operates. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing online betting and casino services is lawful in their own jurisdiction and for complying with any applicable local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with 99obd support shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Players retain the right to seek injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where arbitration is not appropriate or available.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any statutory right that applies to you as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be contracted out of.
